San Leandro Masonry & Concrete provides residential and commercial masonry and concrete contractor services in San Leandro, CA and surrounding East Bay communities. Our services include, but are not limited to, foundation repair, chimney repair, tuckpointing, brick repair, retaining wall construction, masonry restoration, driveway pavers, walkway construction, stone masonry, fireplace installation, stone veneer installation, concrete block walls, and outdoor kitchen masonry.
Services are provided only to properties within our service area. We reserve the right to decline any project at our sole discretion.
All estimates provided by San Leandro Masonry & Concrete are based on an on-site assessment and are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise noted in writing. Estimates are not binding until a written contract or work order is signed by both parties.
Final pricing may change from an estimate if any of the following occur:
Any price change will be communicated to you before additional work proceeds. We will not charge for unanticipated work without your approval.
Jobs are scheduled after a signed work order and any required deposit are received. Scheduling is subject to availability. We will confirm your start date in writing or by phone.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed job, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee to cover scheduling costs and lost time.
We reserve the right to reschedule work due to weather conditions, permit delays, or circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you as promptly as possible and reschedule at the earliest available time.
Payment terms are outlined in your written work order or contract. In general:
Title and ownership of any materials installed on your property passes to you upon full payment of all amounts due.
We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. Any warranty terms applicable to your specific project will be stated in your written work order.
Our workmanship warranty does not cover:
Manufacturer warranties on materials are separate from our workmanship warranty and are subject to the terms set by each manufacturer.
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN A WRITTEN WORK ORDER, ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, San Leandro Masonry & Concrete shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from our services or from your use of our website.
Our total liability for any claim related to services performed is limited to the amount paid by you for those specific services. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is brought.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal proceedings not subject to arbitration shall be brought in the appropriate courts located in Alameda County, California.
